In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” refers to Level 4 Grates and “you” and “your” means you the customer.
Level 4 Grates does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
Level 4 Grates reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
CURRENCY USED
On the Australian website (www.level4grates.com.au) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).
All prices displayed on the Australia website will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).
The rate of Australian GST is 10%.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Level 4 Grates as soon as possible. Please see Returns Policy for more information.
PRICING
Level 4 Grates reserves the right to change prices without notice.
All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
To obtain an exchange or return, the items must be returned with a completed “Exchange and Return Form”. To request a return, please email us at sales@level4grates.com.au to notify us of your intended return or exchange. We will then issue you with a returns form and address. Please note that returns are unable to be accepted without the returns form.
To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held while the returning order is in transit, we recommend emailing sales@level4grates.com.au in advance with the below information:

Contact Number
Email Address
Customer Order Number (located on your invoice)
Desired Item for Exchange (Item name, Size, Colour)
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
You will need to send the original or a copy of your invoice with your order. In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post with tracking.
We ask that you allow up to 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for your account to be credited – for faulty items only.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Level 4 Grates reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
